Good--not Great--Wipes
The particular wipes that I received are indeed scented, and somewhat strongly scented at that. I am not one that is weary about scents, though, so I used up the pack. I am comparing these Mustela wipes to two other wipes I've purchased repeatedly: Pampers Sensitive (I have them on subscribe & save) and Water Wipes. These are much thinner than Pampers Sensitive wipes, and marginally thinner than Water Wipes. For messy diaper changes, I double up the "first pass wipe" when I'm using these and Water Wipes. So they are not "extra thick", as mentioned in the description. They do a good job otherwise and are non-irritating to my child's skin. They are not super saturated--actually kind of on the dry side--and thus I use more than I would with my Pampers Sensitive wipes. These are also 8 bucks a pack, which is significantly more expensive than any other wipes I've used. I know Mustela is somewhat of a luxury skincare brand--and I LOVE most of their products (the Stelatopia line has been a lifesaver for my child)--but these wipes are sort of a miss for me. Because of their price-point, and how thin and dry they are compared to Pampers Sensitive wipes, I wouldn't recommend them.

These clean well, but gently
I had heard that baby wipes could be used as hand cleaners for removing paint. So I got this to try it out and sure enough, it is a great way to clean your hands, especially in the field. I don't mean to imply that these are harsh–they are very mild which is why I use them over harsh cleansers made for artists. There is a slight residue of moisturizer, but that is fine especially when your hands might be getting chapped. The scent is mild and doesn't intrude at all like I remember some wipes. They are listed as fragrance-free, but there is a slight scent which I can't quite identify. However, like I mentioned it is very mild. It might just be the smell of the moisturizer. After using these on my paint sullied hands, I have no doubt they will work great with your baby as well.

Nice product but pricey!
These luxurious wipes are made in france and this review is for the fragranced single pack version. I have many mustela products and have used them for my toddler when he was a newborn and I am using them now for my 5 month old (for the past 5 months). This is my first time using the wipes though and though I normally love the products from them, I am in two minds regarding this product. The scent is the usual mustela scent , which does not bother me though it might come off as being very strong to some people. However for some reason this product's scent seems extra strong or something. I can smell it even when the pack is closed. I only use this in place of the no rinse solution (which along with the foaming newborn shampoo is my favorite product) after cleaning up a poopy diaper. The wipes seem thinner and smaller than what i am used to( I will have to recheck this and edit my review if it is inaccurate) but they do clean very well.

I have to say I was sadly disappointed when I received these
I have to say I was sadly disappointed when I received these. I thought they were going to be way different because I like Mustela products. I opened them up and the scent was very strong and I didn't find it pleasant. It says they are delicately fragranced or maybe I have an extra strong sense of smell but I was quite worried to use them on my kids as we use unscented and cucumber wipes. Having a girl I don't think you should wipe them with any scents so I did not use them on her, just my son. So as I was pulling one out I was also surprised to feel that these really aren't thick at all, they are very thin and quite flimsy. I had to use quite a few to completely wipe my son clean from a #2. They did wipe fine but I also don't fee like they were very moist but I think that's because it's so thin it can't hold much moisture. I will not be buying these wipes in the future. I have purchased wipes just like these at discount retailers when I was in a pinch.

Senza profumo, senza allergia!
