Q: It says hand wash? can i use hand wash cycle? anyone have experience washing them?

I wash all of my leggings in cold water on the hand wash or delicates cycle of my machine and they do fine. Very comfortable and easy to maintain.

Q: What kind of material is it made out of

92/polyester 8/spandex they have a lot less support than most of my leggings but are super soft

Q: Im 5’ft 9” , weigh 148 lbs Would like a cotton , spandex not too lightweight legging. What would u suggest?

I ordered these and I love the weight, not see thru yoga cut, but I'm 5' 4", I think they would work fine and with the wardrobe option you can return for free. I really like all three of mine.

Q: What size for 5’9” muscular built but small waist

I gave these as a gift. I ordered by following the size suggestions listed, and knowing the receiver's regular pants size, but she typically wears a sizebut2 and is 5' 3". They are stretchy, but I believe with your build, you need to decide based on length and how far down on the leg you want them to rest. With deal of the day/prime, you can also order both sizes and see which works best for you and send back the ones you don't prefer. I am a 12/14, 5' 5" 165lbs and typically order the plus size though the one size also fits, as I like the way the plus size fits me in length.
