Bond Manufacturing 51843 28in Olivera Fire Table, Black

Was really excited about getting this fire pit. The assembly was pretty easy. The unit is sturdy and looks nice.Unfortunately, I got a lemon. The unit refused to light (even w/matches). I called customer service Bond Manufacturing who were pleasant and helpful. We tried holding down the knob to clear out the gas line of air and tighten all connections. No dice. They concluded that the gas line must be faulty and sent me another at no cost. I received the part in a week. Replaced the new line with the old. Still the fire pit will not light. Tried all the other solutions that the customer service rep advised. Again no luck. Heart broken that I have to return it.Update:I returned the fire pit and the new one arrived quickly. I put it together and Presto it worked from the first turn of the knob. Very warm. I am very reassured should I exp any other problems in future that Bond Manufacturing customer service will be there to help out. Highly recommend.

Very solid and good looking table that pushes out some serious heat. Works great. Set up was relatively easy...if you follow the diagram very closely. Hint: Don't tighten bolts too tight until the whole table is assembled.

I really like this product, nice , easy to assemble , good size. The only bad thing is the igniting knob area looked old and used. Other than that works great, looks nice and received on time.

This has sat with the cover on since I bought it in August 2023. This is literally the first time I used it and the decal plate things looks like this! Im pissed... but it works. I did upgrade it. I swapped the lava rocks for broken glass. I hard lined it directly into my natural gas connection. And I added a battery operated Ignition. By far it looks and feels nice, I just wish the label plate lasted longer.

This fire pit is great. My expectations were pretty low given the price but it looks great and works great and was easy to assemble.

It worked a for about 1 month then stopped staying lit in , poor quality maybe?

The table looks great and is good quality. However gas is practically impossible to get hold of so buyers should source it first also most disappointing of all is the regulator is NOT British Standard so does not fit any bottles of gas even if you can source one - we had to get the regulator changed to standard at extra cost!! Would not have bought if had known this.
