Cortas tahini is such good value. It arrives packed well, no spills and long use by date - mine was August 2023. The Tahini itself is a strong sesame flavour and needed a stir as the sesame oil had separated at the top. But once stirred it makes a perfect consistency. I've already made some homemade hummus, and it was delicious. Honestly, I have no hesitation at all in recommending.

Having tried several different Tahinis, I keep returning to Cortas, seems like this Lebanese company has it down pat along with several other pf their products.

This must be the best value tahini paste on the market. Good quality and excellent taste. Also a large quantity for the price. We will be back !

My favourite Lebanese tahini is Al-Wadi al Akhdar which isn't always available. The Cortas tahini is very close to it in flavour and ease of use so I do recommend it before other alternatives. Beyond hummus, tahini can be used in dressings and brushed onto veggies before roasting. It's great as an alternative to peanut butter too. Lower carb, gluten-free, vegan.

Really delicious mild flavour, creamy texture, and great product packaging for no leaks during delivery - the whole jar including the lid were encased in plastic for accident-free shipping. I will stick with this brand.
