Q: What is the Teflon for? I’ve bought this brand before but never had Teflon.

It is a non-stick sheet that stops bits of heat transfer vinyl from getting stuck to your press and they help protect your design so it doesn't melt to your press or iron.

Q: Can I use this on satin?

I have used it on satin just fine. I use the easy press cricut on 2 and hold it for 10 seconds with a press cloth

Q: What is the optimal temperature? I’ve tried setting my iron to Wool and Cotton but it doesn’t work. It either refuses to adhere or it melts!!

The optimal temperature varies depending on the fabric using an easy press. In doing research, I read that the correct temperature may not be obtained using an iron. I have not had any problems with the vinyl adhering using an easy press.

Q: This says 45 pack and then 30 pack of htv and 2 teflon sheets. are there 43 pieces of 10" by 12" heat transfer vinyl?

Do not buy this. It doesnt work. Tried different temperatures and time...vinyl never adhered to the fabric (100%cotton)
