Well.... it does hold you in but it ripped the first time I put them on, on both the left and right sides. These are like a really strong pantyhose material. I’m a size small and I bought a size small so it’s not like the shorts didn’t/shouldn’t fit. It’s just cheap material. As the day went on they also started to fold down off of my belly area.
