This is authentic Italian olive! The flavor is fresh and crisp. I love that the flavor keeps even at high cooking temp. It also mixes well and bakes well into desert. The price is on point for this excellent quality olive oil!

Delicious and good quality, pricey-- but I count it as a supplement with the high polyphenols for my health so it's worth it. Can use it as a finishing or a dip, solo, etc. This is my second time to order it. Each time, delivered on time, well packaged, fresh no breakage. I actually prefer a very strong flavor and this is in between--not mild, but not powerful.

Great quality oil, certainly worth the price. Initially the oil I received from Amazon wasn’t what I expected but after speaking with the company they sent me a fresh bottle directly and the oil was amazing.

I enjoyed the flavor and of course the utility of this oil

I found this after watching Jessi & Alessio's olive oil review on youtube (You’re buying fake Olive Oil.. HOW TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE). It seems expensive, but I wanted to try it anyway. Since the best deal was to purchase the gift set, and I wanted to try all three, I scheduled a few meals around this set and made the order. I invited over some company and we put on a little tasting event the evening after it arrived. I was absolutely blown away at the quality, aroma, and flavor of these oils, especially after comparing it to what I'd "always thought" was olive oil! It's not cheap, but it's definitely worth every penny, and I'll always have this olive oil in my house.
