The product it good but when you put microwave and then on your head it tends to have this nasty smell .. which I don’t like but it works great other than that

I’ve used it once but heated it multiple times. If you follow the instructions, it shouldn’t burn. You have to use half or low power when microwaving it. I believe the instructions said to warm for 30 second intervals. The heat remained for 30 mins, then I just popped it back in the microwave. It allows you to walk from room to room instead of being tied to one spot with a hair dryer. Definitely recommend.

Its so easy to use, make sure to follow the care instructions they send!! I have used it twice and had no issues with it at all!! I highly recommend it’s quick to use and it does what it needs to do!!!

Not a even heat, and heat is not long.

I've bought a similar one before but it couldn't handle the number of times I actually deep condition my hair. This cap seems more sturdy and long-lasting. I also love the lining. You definitely should wear a plastic cap so your hair product doesn't get on the towel-like material inside.

Placed it in the microwave for 1 -2 minute the 1st day I had it. Shortly after placing it in the microwave for the 2nd time it started to smoke and burn. The flaxseed started falling out as well. Spend money on a real heat cap for deep conditioning

The media could not be loaded.  It does heat up quickly depending on what kind of microwave you have. The first time I used it, worked wonderfully but then when I used it again for the second time it started smoking up and smelt like burnt popcorn. The inside of the cap even turned brown.
