I’m prediabetic so looking for a low carb, low sugar treat. I mix this with 3 ounces of cold water for a pudding. A bit expensive but yummy. I am buying again.

I got the variety pack. All the flavors taste alright. Surprisingly my least favorite was the strawberry. It left a strange after taste. All others were fine. As far as mixing, using my shaker bottle mixed the powder well, still was a little grainy but no more than what some other shake powders i've tried. It did get thicker than another brand i was trying. I also tried it as a pudding and that was pretty good. Actually prefer it as a pudding. Thickens up and pretty smooth. Amazon needs to ship these in boxes. I have same issue with the bars. I ordered multiple hoping they would come shipped in a box. Nope, all the variety boxes were shoved in a shipping bag. Thankfully these are powders but you can tell they got smashed.

So I've went through four boxes of these. Now I would do 2 packs at a time because I wanted to use these as a meal replacement. I figured using two packs at a time would make it thicker and obviously more fluid. Every flavor tastes amazing. The worst one I would say is the strawberry as it did have a hint of chalky flavor but it wasn't a deal breaker and I still enjoyed it. I didnt mix and match the flavors, that could possibly create some unique concoctions. I liked all the vitamins that were contained within each shake and the calorie count nor the grams of sugar were too high. They just simply did not fill me up! Not even a little. I'm a 42 year old, 300lb guy. So maybe a petite female could get by with these as a meal replacement, however my male brethren probably will not be satiated. The price isn't too bad either considering what it is. I would definitely buy them again just on taste alone but I'll look elsewhere for a meal replacement supplement.

In short, it’s good. It does what it’s supposed to do which is make you feel full. I typically drink it after having a small meal just to prevent overeating and it works great. An issue that some may have would be the somewhat lumpy texture and powdery taste. It’s pretty chalky and I think that mixed with some lumps that won’t fully go away after shaking/stirring does make me feel a bit grossed out Usually with powders as a whole I can’t get rid of all the lumps but what I found to minimize lumps is: pour it into a shaker cup then stir fully until all lumps appear to be gone. Shake it for a few seconds, leave it to sit for a minute, then shake it again. Usually that gets rid of most if not all of the lumps.

The Chocolate Salted Caramel is in my top 3 for flavors. It's tasty, blends well and has 15g or protein.

I tried Wonderslim mousse in variety of flavors, and they all taste delicious. Chocolate and lemon are my favorites. I decided to try berry smoothie, which could be used as a smoothie if you add 8 oz of water or as a mousse if you add only 4 oz of water. Berry smoothie tastes very stale and horrible. I wish I could return and exchange it for dark chocolate and lemon mousse. Vanilla smoothie tastes a slightly better than berry, but I still wound not recommend these two flavors.

Continuously buy these. They taste ok. curve your hunger. Help get you started in the morning.
