Quality stuff great value for money

Iv tried a fair few pre workout drinks and most taste so bad I have to down them quick which just ends in feeling sick and really not ready for a work out! 😂This tastes OK actually! Not so much of a nasty chemical smell which is a nice change, also found the face tingle/itching wasn't so bad with this one. It definitely helps give a bit of a boost when needed and means lifting a little heavier and working out for a longer than I perhaps would have done!Shaker Bottle is OK, feels pretty cheap but I didn't buy it for that and it was more of a bonus, I generally just use it for water whilst working as it's pretty big and therefore requires filling less.Overall a fab pre workout which I would definately recommend

Really like ABE pre workout and this taste is pretty good. The shaker though the lid does quite fit right , it won't screw on quite fully which is odd..

I've tried many other pre-workouts before and this one is the first that's actually drinkable! Bubblegum flavour is really good, Love Hearts is an abomination unfortunately. It works, the pump is great and the pre-workout does the job well. It's got added creatine which I think give a better and quicker result than having to use creatine as an added supplement. Love this! Just not the Love Heart flavour though, sickening!

This Pre-Workout tasted pretty good for what it is and lasts as long as it should. It’s only 250MG but you do feel it and the beta-alinine gives you the rush you need! For the price you can’t go wrong and if you drink coffee, you still can without worrying about your caffeine intake

The pre workout is always fantastic, but the shaker bottle that came with does not match the quality.The bottle/Lid seems warped and does not fit together properly which causes it to leak when trying to drink out of it or shake it.I thought it would be good value to get a bundle, but I’m disappointed that the shaker is not usable.

Great pre workout. It gives me great focus, it’s boost my energy and tastes great. I’d definitely buy this again
