I received this item in perfect condition. Thanking you. but I'm trying to buy the decoy owl with it's rotating head and I can't get one delivered. WHY

Completely useless, does not do what it states on the tin!

Works well, beak was broken when it arrived, I just find it to be a bit lightweight which means when the wind gets up it gets thrown around the garden. But all in all, good

Does not scare pigeons they just sit next to it
