Yes and Yes – Great Add-On for Tough Ground
Bought this to go with my Vevor jackhammer, and it fits perfectly and works great. I live on a clay-heavy property and was digging a French drain—this bit made all the difference.It tore through the compacted clay and tough dirt like a champ and helped me get down over 20 inches deep without losing my mind. T’is a beast!
I wasted time and money renting a towable, gas powered auger at a local big box store which got laughed at by the multitude of stones in the ground.I returned it, popped this bad boy into my jackhammer and was surprised at how easy it made the job. The weight of the jackhammer did all the work and the bit got the last laugh in on those rocks that thought they had the victory.If you have a jack hammer, you need this.If you don’t have a jack hammer, you need one of those first, then you need this attachment.You’re welcome.

Doesn’t fit Harbor Freight jack hammers without modification
This bit absolutely does NOT fit a harbor freight 1 1/8” jack hammer. I have the Hercules 65lbs and the Bower 35lbs and it doesn’t fit either one. Otherwise it seems sturdy and a good value

An Absolute Must - Saved My Back - Very Useful Unitasker
In order to dig a trench between gate posts, I looked for several types of aids to help with the task. The trench needed to be about 10" deep, 16" wide, and 15 feet long. The ground is comprised of a dense loam with lots of dime-sized rock. A shovel goes in about 1/2 inch when firmly jammed. UGH. So, I used this tool with my jack hammer to dig the outline and be able to LIFT the dirt out. Lets just say I couldn't keep from laughing. The shovel went swiftly down to full depth and with a little wiggle, created a shovel full clod that was easy to lift out and move on to the next one. All I can say is it saved my back. I can't say enough good things about this tool as an accessory for a jack hammer.
