This product is great the capsules are easy to swallow. I take them at night due to the amount of fish oil so it doesn’t upset my stomach.

I was given a 10 day free trial by my GI specialist because I was experiencing a lot of gas, bloating, heart burn, and burping like crazy every time I ate and drank anything, even water. I keep a good diet and have never had any digestive issues yet I had to take a double round of antibiotics back to back due to a re-treated root canal (ouch) so it unbalanced my gut flora. I was drinking kombucha tea and it was helping, but as soon as I started taking these green little guys, I noticed a huge difference after the 3rd dosage. I ordered more before I was even done with my free trial and an extra package to be on the safe side. It's been almost 3 weeks and I am 80% better. My GI stated that it takes at least 2-4 weeks to feel the full effects and I can't wait to get there.They do cost more than other probiotics, yet I can honestly say they are worth every penny. Not to mentioned they also contain Omega 3 so you can't beat that.Please give them a try...at least for 2 weeks and you will notice a difference. I take mine at night on an empty stomach and I have not experienced any issues.

The fish oil in this product is not enjoyable so, I stopped using it. Couldn't stand that after taste :(

OMGOSH !!!!! I have had "issues" with my digestive system for years !!! it had been recommended for me to take a probiotic. I tried several , nothing worked, until............RESTORA YAY. I presented to my physician with a distended (bloated) stomach, nausea and constipation, after the exam, he hands me some samples of RESTORA . Having been disappointing with other brands I was not expecting much . WOW was I wrong. I took my first pill that night , the next day my stomach was back to normal , no more nausea and constipation. GONE!!!! I have been faithfully using RESTORA for two months and I am free from many years of digestive issues!!! RESTORA has BILLIONS , 4 Billion to be exact of Lactobacillis Casei in other words "great stuff for your gut" ;) Added to this amazing product , loaded with the needed Omega fish and fatty acids your body thrives on. Buy it on Amazon it's a couple of dollars cheaper than going to the RESTORA website or your pharmacy!!! Honestly I have never felt BETTER.....Even if you do not have digestive issues, I have learned that taking a probiotic is a necessary supplement that supports the immune system !!!!

Please for the love of God never stop making this probiotic. I have tried others and they either do nothing or make things worse. This little pill is magical. I feel like this probiotic does a lot for my every day life, even immunity, and keeping me from getting "backed up" which all of us ladies know is a problem if you don't stay ahead of it. P.S. I LITERALLY NEVER FART. I DON'T EVEN REMEMBER WHAT IT'S LIKE TO FART UNLESS I STOP TAKING THIS PILL EVERY DAY, AND THEN I'M LIKE, "GET ME MY PILLS." If you are farty and bloated and desperate for a cure, you will not be disappointed.

It's a great product but we have found two capsules that were empty.

I like Restora. I usually purchase at local pharmacy but it was available on Amazon at same cost so I ordered through Amazon as I was ordering other things.
