A: Yes. It is very easy. It is a mechanical snack machine and takes exact change only. No electricity is required.

**Q: how to assemble the coin mechs on this ca 9 vending machine**
A: Hi Janet,  Thank you for inquiring about this machine.  It comes preset at the factory for a 50-cent vend. Or if you wish to modify you can purchase an upgrade change pack options. If you'll call our office at 800-853-3941 Monday after 9 AM Pacific Time Michele can explain the options to you.  She's our expert about these machines.
