Not from farm which uses Bovaer
Bought this brand because I know Polish farms do not add the chemical food additive: Bovaer to cow's winter feed. I prefer to buy British cheese though, but I am awaiting answer to my email to Morrison's first about which of their products are from the UK farms trialling the chemical. I want to avoid those because I am not convinced of its safety and prefer animals to eat unadulterated food. This Edamski cheese has a taste and texture which is just okay, nothing special, maybe a little bland. It is good value.
