Very useful!
Bought these screws to build a workbench and as I didn't have a Hex Flange drill bit I bought one of those too. Once these arrived, I found they give you a free drill bit in the box with the screws but that doesn't appear to be mentioned in the description! D'oh!Very nice looking screws, high quality and sturdy. Have not had any break, bend or wring off the head and anything like that, but given they are quite expensive, I'd expect that. Currently 40% off though, so if you need some, buy them now!Will be buying some more once I've finished this box, look forward to receiving another free drill bit!

Solid job
These hex head screws are brilliant for fencing, the flange on the screw head clamps the wood together solidly as opposed to countersunk head screws which can pull into the frame and split the wood, I drill I small pilot hole first to make a great job.

Useful for restricted spaces
Hex head is very useful for confined spaces. With a spanner and a clearance hole these can be used in gaps smaller than 80mm. I have no idea of their longevity but they seem ok.
