Ball RealFruit Liquid Pectin, 6-Ounces (3-Pack)

Ball makes the best pectin, hands down. Prefer this to other brands (such as cento). Packaged very well too!

The best pectin for jam or jelly. I never have any problems with it always sets when used properly.

I don't know why pectin is so hard to find, maybe it's just the southwest. This pectin was liquid, or rather pasty, thick, as it should be. It was not expired. It was exactly as described and works just fine.

wanted to try out this liquid pectin. Always used powder pectin. I ordered three 3-packs for a total of 9 individual boxes. There was not one box with instructions or recipes inside. The ONLY "recipes" I found were the 4 on the OUTSIDE of the box. Could not find anything on Balls web page. Had to hunt and search on the internet to find out the ratios of liquid to powder of pectin. Am an older woman and made a lot of jam & jellies in my life. Hope this stuff works out ok!

It's pectin for pete's sake.....it works.

This was my first time using liquid pectin and my jams turned out perfect. I made peach and wild raspberry and the texture and flavor are excellent.
