I bought this Aquaphor lip repair because my lips get painfully dry, especially in colder weather, and it worked better than regular lip balms. It goes on smooth, feels soothing right away, and actually lasts instead of disappearing in minutes. After a couple days of use, the cracking was gone and my lips felt soft again. The tubes are small but convenient, and having two is perfect for keeping one at home and one in my bag. If you struggle with chronically dry lips, this is one of the few products that truly helps.

This is honestly the best chapstick I’ve ever tried, and I’m a chapstick addict. I’ve tried handfuls of both natural chapsticks (Burt’s bees, badger, evanhealy, etc) as well as standard ones (Chapstick brand, EOS, etc) and none of them TRULY got rid of the chapped lips and made them smooth. Exfoliating my lips, drinking a lot of water, using a lot of chapstick, using a little, etc nothing would help. It was to the point I was considering lip filler to “hydrate” and smooth out my lips because it always looked so.. dehydrated. Just not plump and never smooth. Then I tried this aquaphor lip repair and it was an instant game changer. No weird white lines on my inner lips from buildup, not just a bandaid over dry lips, no chapstick “addiction” where my lips would sting if I didn’t apply more. I’ve been really happy with Aquaphor Lip Repair Ointment and it’s one of the most reliable things I’ve found for truly dry lips. It feels more like a treatment than a regular chapstick. Instead of being waxy and disappearing quickly, it goes on smoothly and forms a protective layer that helps lock in moisture, so my lips stay comfortable for a long time. It’s especially helpful when my lips are cracked from cold weather, dry air, or just getting dehydrated. I’ll put a layer on and I can actually feel the difference pretty quickly, less tightness and less flaking. I also like using it before bed, and when I wake up my lips still feel soft instead of dried out again. The pack is convenient too because I can keep one in my purse and one at home. Overall, it’s a great value for something that actually works, and I’d definitely repurchase if you deal with dryness often.

Immediately feels great. I’ve tried so many lip balms. This is one of the few that actually doesn’t leave my lips feeling drier. Great for chapped lips. Unscented and flavorless too.

Thanks for the product. The product is GREAT. But… only reason I am giving 4 stars is… just WHY do you send a tiny little pack of lip balm in a LARGER than necessary box for shipping??? I’ve seen this done elsewhere and I am wondering why they are doing that. I don’t see this as sustainable practices! Was there no smaller envelope or anything available??

For whatever reason I have always been allergic to ALL lip stuff. Chap stick. Lipstick. Lip gloss....it all makes my lips peel. I have tried all the expensive things. Lip masks and oils....Literally the ONLY thing that works is this aquaphor. We keep it stocked in every room and car. In addition to making my lips soft, it also gives a good shine!! This is definitely the applicator we want too...I know some of them have a screw top, but this slanted edge makes it way easier to apply to lips.

I use this at night and I can tell the difference when I forget. (I also have a purse one, a pocket one, and a work one.) It keeps my lips soft, which is what I want. For a lip moisturizer, grand scheme, it's expensive, but it's worth every penny.

Very impressive lip balm! This lip balm is hands down the best thing for my lips, especially during this cold winter. It keeps my lips moisturised for many hours and only a little bit needed each time. Highly recommend and can’t fault it, well worth the money!!

This is the first lip balm/cream that has actually helped to heal my split corners of my lips. Believe me I have tried everything and this worked in a couple of days but gave relief straight away. Love it. Definitely recommend
