Crazy al Low Profile no Mushroom Beanie Helmet (Medium)

I’ve fallen for the “worlds smallest dot helmet” before. This fits much better, sits a little tiny bit higher than I’d like but it’s no where near as bad as some other ::cough:: biker beanie helmets.com ::cough:: that claim to be the “smallest” .I have one last brand to try but I think this one is about as good fitting as a helmet can fit and still have SOME protection and still meet DOT.

In most brands I’m either medium or medium/large with an elongated oval head. My head measured 22.5 circumference, which falls right in the middle of the “M” sizing, but when it arrived it was loose all around the sides and could tilt all the way back and expose my forehead- soo it was too large for me. I’m a sample size of one, but I’d advise to go smaller, will look less bulky anyways

They promise lightweight and they deliver. They said no mushroom head and it’s true. The delivery was super fast.I was so impressed with this that I bought my husband one as well.Great Company!

Awesome helmet altho in the amazon picture it looks like a straight edge beanie helmet but in reality it does have the side down curve to the back, when I tried to take a picture of that design feature I was unable to fully show that feature, so thats probably why you dont see it in the amazon picture either, but it does have a more streamline look and definitely alot lighter, and I love the quick release feature, I will wear it until I find a straight edge beanie

Shipping took forever, but helmet arrived today and took it for a spin.Pros:Thick straps and ratchet to clamp down/lockWind- doesn't get under the helmet or make tunnel noiseFit- low profile as advertised.Cons:None yet.Pricey for a skull cap but made quite well so well worth the money!

Love how low profile the Helmet is, but that’s about it. I gave it 4 stars only because no other helmet makers can seem to produce a small helmet that’s DOT approved. The strap is uncomfortable and flimsy. It’s not super noticeably uncomfortable, but it could be way better and for the price tag it should be!

This is by far the lightest and most comfortable helmet I have ever owned, and I have owned my share believe me. It is so light you forget you have it on. I will not use anything else from now on.
