Holds surprisingly well - the sensor snaps in snugly and while it looks to me like the mount is balanced delicately on the tv, it doesn't budge, even with all the jumping around and floor shaking caused by game play. Our tv is a thin flat panel and based on current height placement, we have the mount on the lowest/smallest click (similar to the last product image) so it angles down a bit more in front to get our full bodies in. We had to adjust the kinect sensor itself to angle lower as well. So easy and inexpensive - great purchase!

I’m one of the last idiots with an Xbox Kinect. When I upgrade to an Xbox One X there’s not even a connection for the stupid thing. Cortana (kinects Version of Siri) never understands a single command I give her. I recalibrate my mic once a week and it doesn’t help. I’m in the middle of a lonely night of playing PUBG and I do something particularly cool when the stupid games moronic physics make my motorcycle flip 60 times and I scream out to Cortana to record it. She didn’t listen. I hate Cortana more than I hate Alexa. (Alexa is the amazon Siri in case you’ve been living under a rock in the ocean.) look the point of this is that Kinect and Cortana suck. Save your money, mount your Kinect in your trash can.Oh but this mount is awesome and worth the money. Hat tip to the makers of the mount.

This item did the job as far as I’m concerned. If you follow instructions and connect your Kinect properly to the stand, it won’t just fall right off as others state. The Kinect doesn’t just sit on the stand, it clicks into it.The stand does however, rest on top of your tv, with rubber-like pads to add grip. It doesn’t clamp on like a vice.My kids have ran around and bumped into the tv making the whole thing wobble, and still, it remains in place. But it may depend on how thin the tv is. This one I let the kids play on is over 10 years old and it’s a thicker flat screen.

It sits comfortably on top of my flat panel TV and holds the Kinect (Xbox One) securely. Keep in mind that this is not a *clamp* - few set-top Kinect mounts are - so it's prone to getting jostled out of place. That being said, you shouldn't ever run into that problem unless you're moving your TV around.You do have to recalibrate your Kinect if you use this product, as it'll change the distance between the Kinect's microphone and your speakers. It also will have to be re-aimed.

I got this for my kids so they can play just dance without having to crowd next to eachother. This is so good and it holds really well! I recommend.

Seems to work best if your monitor has a flat back; mine has a significant curve, so it does not seem to rest as sturdily as I'd like, which is compounded by the fact that it wobbles significantly when adjusting my desks height.

It’s very small and lightweight. No screws or mechanism to install. Just simple tension and it rests on top of the tv.Easy to install.
