Fits Toro recycler 22 inch. Easy to install.
Belt part number 117-1018 fits the Toro recycler. Verify your mower model number for compatibilty. Its placarded on the top of the deck. Mine is 21445. There are several how-to videos on the internet showing how to replace the belt. For this mower the blade does not need to be removed, so you can pretty much ignore videos that do that. Other videos show the removal of a bracket that holds the front pulley in place. The Toro 21445 did not have this. It had a single screw connection for the pulley that needed a T20 star driver to remove it from the drive shaft. Simply remove the pulley, slide on the belt then reinstall the pulley. Much simpler. You still have to remove all the safety covers to get the belt onto the blade shaft pulley but that only takes a few minutes. It took me about 40 minutes for the first repllacement but now that I've got it down it would probably take less that 15. Just ordered another belt. I figure for less that $10 I would make changing the belt as part of annual maintenance.

Belt fits!
I was amazed that it was the right size (ending in ..219) for my old Craftsman, as the OEM had sent me a bunch of wrong sized ones that I'm stuck with, and local stores say it's not made anymore. I learned that the reason the belt would come off was that I had the choke too low (especially with deck lower). With the choke (revs) higher, the belt stays on! I immediately ordered 4 more belts. Thank-you!

Fits my John Deere 42" mower X300 with rear bagger (not Mulching)
I have a 42 inch mower on a X300 John Deere. The mower is standard (not Mulching) with rear bagger. This belt fits. Its very hard to find out the size from John Deere. I guess because they charge double. I have read how belts won't last, well, My John Deere belt lasted one year. Granted, the transfer shafts that go to the blades were bad and I had one bad idler. I guess that is not bad as I really haven't had to do much to the mower for 15 years.

Good belt
This is the second belt like this I had to buy. It is a good belt, and it fits my John Deere riding mower fine. I have learned the hard way...do not have too much "free play" in your belt tension. If you do...you will throw (and ruin) a good belt.

“A Dependable PTO Belt for Mower Maintenance”
I recently purchased the UDC Parts Mower PTO Belt 07200023 to replace a worn-out belt on my riding mower, and it’s been a solid performer so far. This belt is designed as a compatible replacement for specific mower models, and it’s delivered the reliability I needed to keep my lawn in check.Quality and Build: The belt feels tough and well-constructed right out of the package. The rubber is thick and flexible, with reinforced fibers that give it a durable, long-lasting vibe. It’s not flimsy or prone to stretching, and the fit was spot-on for my mower—no awkward adjustments required. For a replacement part, it’s got the heft and quality you’d hope for.Performance: Installed, it runs smoothly and powers my mower’s PTO system without slipping or squealing. I’ve mowed a few acres of mixed terrain—tall grass, some uneven patches—and it’s held up strong, keeping the blades spinning consistently. It’s been a seamless swap for the original, restoring full function to my deck with no hiccups. So far, it’s proving its worth through regular use.Value for Money: This belt is priced right—cheaper than OEM options from the mower brand, but it doesn’t feel like a compromise. For anyone maintaining their own equipment, it’s a cost-effective fix that rivals pricier alternatives. You’re getting solid performance without draining your wallet, which is a win in my book.Minor Notes: Double-check your mower’s model number—this is a specific fit (replaces part 07200023), and it won’t work universally. Installation was straightforward with basic tools, but if you’re new to mower repairs, a quick guide might help. The packaging is basic, just a belt in a bag, but that’s all you need.Overall: The UDC Parts Mower PTO Belt 07200023 is a reliable, budget-friendly replacement that gets my mower back to peak shape. It’s sturdy, fits perfectly, and handles the job with ease. I’d grab another when the time comes—5 stars for quality and value!

Customer service is amazing. Messaged them on a Sunday because the belt stretched and wore out after one year of use and seller is replacing it free of charge. All remedied on a SUNDAY. I'm so happy I bought this belt from this seller. Highly satisfied and I do recommend.

Working just fine for me.
Bought 3 so far. 2nd one outlasted the OEM belts These work just as well as the OEM belts in my opinion at a fraction of the cost, 5 stars for that. The only complaint I have is that it is difficult to tell which face is which and this makes it more difficult to notice if the belt is twisted which makes installation take longer than it should. Otherwise no complaints.
