Relief Pak 11-1293 Cold and Hot Fabric Compress, 10" x 13", Large

This review is for the Relief Pak 11-1294 Cold and Hot Fabric Compress, Neck Contour, 7" x 22". (Per box is Made in China) I am 5.4" tall 118 lbs. This pack was too heavy for it to worn while sitting or standing up, for me. I weighed it at 2.7 lbs. It's also too thick for my taste, leaving pockets where it did not make contact with my shoulders and neck so I didn't even like using lieing down. I now put my husband's TWO equate Reusable Cold Compress (#15361BVD01 around 11.75" x 8" ) in a pillow case and drape that around my neck. It stays pit and stays cold for 30 minutes at least. Sadly, they are also Made in China

I bought a second one of these so I could double the surface area covered. My husband and I both use these every day. The cloth cover means there's no moisture from condensation--and these last a LOT longer than the cold packs with a vinyl cover!

This large gel pack stays cold for a relatively long time because of the higher volume of gel. I find that it molds nicely to my knee, and I don't need it strapped on because I just lay still for the duration of treatment. I'm sure it could be easily strapped on using a belt or velcro strap. Some other products are shaped to fit the knee but they have a much smaller volume of gel and don't stay cold very long at all. Bottom line, I am very happy with this gel pack and am going to order another one right now.

It works well so far, I have no idea what the "standard velcro hook means. I thought it meant it had a strap on it. This is heavy and you need a towel or clothing between you and the pack. It is huge, so if you have a smaller area that you want chilled/heated I would go with the Medium.

Have tried many of ice products & this Brand is Exceptional. I highly recommend this size as well as the neck one & split one. Am now buying them for friends!!!

Meh, just another gel pack. Only pluses are its made the the UK rather than China and the fabric cover is comfortable.

As a cold pack, it was mildly effective as it does not get much cold. As a heating pad it is quite effective but one has to be careful to prevent leaks. Mine leaked and then I could not use it afterwards.

Bought in October for November surgery (that didn't occur til Dec 21). I've been leaning against it for my lower back pain & it burst a clay-like substance from one little area - is it reparable/is it warranted?

Kann man nicht empfehlen. Schon nach wenigen Gebrauch beim aufwärmen in der Microwelle explodiert.

Pour avoir déjà commandé ce même type de produit depuis plusieurs année je pense que l'enveloppe bleue qui recouvre le produit sera plus résistante que la poche de plastique ordinaire. Drôle d'odeur au déballage,j'ai cru que l'emballage était percé, l'enveloppe bleue était humide et ne sentait pas bon. Finalement après avoir réchauffé le pack au micro onde plus d'odeur. Je suis satisfait de mon achat.

Les premières fois, nous avons été très contents de cet article, il correspondait à notre attente.Malheureusement, après moins de 10 utilisations, une des bordures s'est ouverte et une matière marron coule depuis, rendant le produit totalement inutilisable.

Très pratique en cas de blessure ou de grosse chaleur. L'enveloppe est douce au toucher. Matériau de qualité. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat.
