Great for my pizza making
I have been using Caputo flour for making my neopolitan pizzas with my Ooni oven, and I bought this Semolina to flour the dough balls, and especially to put on the wooden peels to help slide the dough off, to launch into the oven.Definitely works better than the regular flour for that purpose, and better than the coarser grind semolina that I also tried. Helps them slide off more easily and not stick, and doesn't burn on the bottom of the pizza in the oven like the regular 00 flour. I'll have to try incorporating it into a dough recipe for the crust sometime!

The only flour to make pasta with
I wouldn't want to use any other flour to make pasta. Combine this with duck eggs and OMG! Better than a restaurant!

Great flour, you can make a lot of baking goods with this flour and it'd a good value for your money. The con that I would say is when it was shipped it was put in a box and plastic around it, the flour had a few holes. It is still good to use, just put it into a container right away.
