Chile Chipotle Flakes 4 Oz

Wow, this stuff is awesome. I love using it to add a smokey taste to anything liquid based (Chilis, soups, stews, sauces, etc). The heat from it is great too; I made the mistake of using it like red chili flakes at first which was a big mistake as this packs a lot more punch. If you like spicy and smokey, I can't recommend this enough.

The flavor is great but the flakes are way too big.

The big flakes seem to add a more in depth and lasting flavor in longer cooking foods, like chili for example. Chipotle powders don't seem to hold up as well as the larger flakes do.

This is a high quality product. If you like chipotle heat, this is the gold standard. Thick sumptuous flakes of pepper.
