Crisply Detailed, Eyes that Shine and an Expression of Expectation
We've named him Galápago, tho he's tiny compared to the living tortoises we saw in Peru. Clearly an infant of only 20 or 30 years old. Like the live ones, his neck is stretched upward allowing him to watch attentively through plastic or glass eyes that gleam. He's crisply detailed with shell and legs that looks natural in dusty shades of brown. Even his underbelly is detailed. Cast into a solid block of turtle-shaped plastic.
