Item arrived as described, box was not damaged, neither was contents. My plumber hooked it up and it assists to be working great. No issues so far.

I didn't work when it was plugged in and programmed, it was stuck in flushing the system, had constant water flow out the discharge hose. I asked for a replacement and was told they were out, but the site showed 6 in stock.......? Took the refund and found exact unit 600 cheaper......I guess it was a good thing after all.

My plumber installed this unit in my new construction five years ago (2020). I’ve never had a softner prior to, so have nothing to compare but it definitely softens our “country well water” and performs as advertised/expected. I only use 2-3 bags of salt a year. I also like the small footprint/space this unit occupies in my garage. Soon after moving in I did have some issues and called their customer support folks. My plumber accidentally and unknowingly crimped the return line inhibiting flow and causing the tank to fill/hold water. Easy fix once identified, the support folks were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in walking me through the diagnostic process. I’m not sure what the life expectancy of a water softener is, but if I were in need of replacement today, I’d definitely purchase another.
