I don't usually even write reviews, but this was such a great product, I wanted to. I am disabled with hand and wrist mobility challenges. I don't drive enough, and after the first cold snap, my car battery was dead. I didn't know these sorts of jump start batteries existed, but thought I would give it a go. My car is a sport sedan, V6 3.7 liter, no idea about the battery. Anyway, I picked this because of price, the small size, the compact case, and the manufacturer's visible presence online. I received it and its accessories within a few days, it arrived partially charged, but I used the enclosed USB-C cable and changed it for about 4 hours via my phone AC adapter until it was fully charged. The next day, I was easily able to connect it to my car, and it started immediately. After the engine starts, the device starts beeping under the hood, but stops once it's disconnected. I mentioned my hands, because this was easy for me to do on my own. I drove my car for about an hour, then stopped at a store, my car wouldn't start again, and I definitely would have been stranded, but I popped the hood and just jumped it again. Started right away. I still need to go to my service center next week, but I don't need a tow. This is an incredible value, easy to use, and is definitely worth considering for emergency kits. I didn't see a lot of verified purchase reviews on this when I was comparing products, so I hope this helps someone.

I had full charge, I jump two big rig 18 wheelers rigs. My friend is truck driver, left his lights on, he came out, he had dead battery. I jump his rig using this product, the truck started up in one crank, I did the same another truck had the same problem, use this it started the same way in one crank. I will buy this again, This work as battery back up.This best jump start, battery back I ever bought. This can start 2 freightliner 18 wheeler big rig trucks, both trucks forgot turn lights and turn trucks off , took keys in 10 minutes, both trucks are dead battery.I like add more, today, I use power bank the WaganTech v10 on boost torque jumpstart big rig EV custom RV 8 lt dis. I'll tell ya — one of the single best adds to the toolbox ever. I love this thing. It's bailed me out numerous times and made me look like Superman to friends, instantly starting fully dead batteries. I swear by it. Comes with an easily-stored zippered hard case too. Can't say enough about it.

After receiving this jump starter, I fully charged it and placed it in my vehicle. Several months ago, I used it to jump start a car battery. I then attempted to recharge it and was unsuccessful. The jump starter will not charge, and I exhausted any troubleshooting efforts. I only got one use out of this device, what a waste of money. I cannot recommend this brand for any of their products!

I purchased this second charger as a gift. I love mine and have used it three times to charge my husband's car. It has to be recharged itself every three months to make sure it has the charge you need.
