BondManufacturing 51846 28in Woodleaf Fire Pit, Black/Tan

When I received this, I opened the box and immediately saw there was a dent and scratch on the table top frame. The set up was easy and and the fire works well. 50,000 btu is very important. I’m hoping the manufacturer will contact me for replacement as this is a huge piece to send back in the box we ripped up and threw away. :( I have tried the chat and contacting amazon but I can’t get a hold of anyone to help me. I’ve been left hanging and would like to rectify this matter ASAP.

Lovely product. Beautiful construction, took my husband about 1 hour to assemble, and works great. Product arrived and we did not see any damage to the exterior/interior. Lighted well.We live in the midwest, so winter temps are around 40 and below. Lit this up on a 35 degree night. It felt nice and toasty up close. Not sure how it would handle weather less than that. I think this guy is best for milder winters and perfect for fall. We may have to supplement with another heat source to be able to sit outside comfortably in midwest winter weather.

I bought two of these fire pits for my grown children. Neither one had any trouble putting it together. The starter on the one we put together for my daughter took a couple of tries to get the fire going. After the initial difficulty it seemed to be working fine. It puts out enough heat on a cool night on the patio. I also like that it has a cloth cover when you don't use it in the summer. It can be used as a table then.

It has a nice appearance. Lights every time. It did come with a small bend in the framework surrounding the burner . I was able to straighten it . It is hidden by the wicker side panels. The box showed no damage to it so I suppose it was just bumped. It wasn't bad enough for me to send it back

First product shipped without any accessories. Went out of way and purchased materials. Assembled. While replacement was sent. When replacement arrived, it is clear both products are just crap. Both clickers dont work to ignite the flame safely and regularly that you must use a lighter to ignite causing over flame and danger to self, and loss of hair. I am going to dissasseble them both and return. Cheaply made, but the most important mechanisms are flawed on not only one but two units.

We have used our patio on and off since COVID 19 has kepr us a thome. Colder weather kepr us indoors, but this sweet little heat source has pulled us back outside again. It's just as pictured, pretty easy to put together, and makes a big difference in keeping the space warm.

This unit came in good shape and functional. We love hanging by the fire in the evening, and it definitely puts out the BTUs. The ignition is fickle though, but that's ok we can light it up with a standard grill lighter and we're gucci man.
