The great feeling sleeve gives a comfortable grip while making liquids at any temperature easy to enjoy, and the wide mouth makes controlling how much liquid comes out a breeze. Its well thought out dimensions also show that they have a good grasp on what we need when using the product under many different circumstances.Now for the really amazing part:When reaching out to W&P regarding an issue we had with the bottle I braced myself for what I thought would be a long, drawn-out headache of a conversation. I sent an email explaining a problem we had with the bottle. They might have easily have said it was because of something out of their control. They might have claimed that the problem was probably our fault.They claim the bottle can withstand rugged use.W&P backs up their claims with immediate responses to emails and with a "put your money where your mouth is" attitude. They did what one would expect from a top of the line organization. They asked for an explanation of the problem and the details about what happened. Then they said we would be receiving a replacement bottle at NO COST TO US, and followed up with a no-delay shipment as soon as could be possibly be expected. We got a tracking number and received the replacement as promised.I will continue to use W&P products when ever I need something, assuming they make it. I saw some really cool W&P ice trays but I just finished buying some before knowing they make them. I drink most of my water from my bottle, so I wanted glass. I like the bottle, but was disappointed that although it says it is dishwasher safe, it tastes like cheap lemon flavor if I do. The silicone seems to absorb the detergent. So I hand wash. Also, be aware that glass weighs more. I think it's pretty and it's stayed nice after about six months. It's hard to find glass, and I'm happy with my purchase.

Ice retention:nothing really crazy here…it’s glass and not really meant toDurability:i’ve dropped mine on so many occasions and it looks greatthis bottle is easy to clean and chic. i like having this one around my house so i can just put the lid on it and leave and come back to it without dust getting in it. it looks chic (more than a stanley or whatever) around your house and i wash every couple days but nice as a home bottle

I give these wine glasses as gifts regularly. The lids make them great on the go glasses. Unlike many durable wine/cocktail glasses, these are glass and can be run through a normal dishwasher cycle versus plastic versions. They are a thicker glass for durability so keep that in mind if you prefer a thinner wine glass.

The media could not be loaded. This bottle is very useful, easy to clean, and versatile. Because it is glass you can put different liquids inside, clean it and no lingering taste will be left behind in the cup.However- the silicone/plastic seal on the inside of the soft close lid moves in and out of place allowing dirt etc to hid under the seal and grow mold.Also the seal on the inside of this cap has already cracked when the item is only 4 months old.You can always just replace the cap when that happens but if you’re looking for a forever solution without re-purchasing this is not the answer.
