**Q: Do these erase completely, or do they leave a ghost image?**
A: All the ink erases off easily. It doesn't leave a ghost mark from leftover ink that wasn't erased completely.

**Q: How opaque are these? Are the colors intense enough to use on a glass window?**
A: Some of them --  mostly the darker colors -- will work on glass.  Some of the neon colors, like orange, will work too.  Try marking on both sides of the glass for a more vibrant effect. Good luck!

**Q: I had ordered this item with a promotional code and coupon code and successfully had ordered this item and got a refund instead. why is that?**
A: Ask Amazon…. I’ve had many things show they were charged, shipped, and headed to me to then get an email saying they cannot deliver it and they issue a refund without your having cancelled the order.

**Q: How do i get the msds for these markers?**
A: I would use the MSDS for the expo ones or any other major brand. These are essentially manufactured at the same facility so the product is the same.

As a former teacher, I’ve always been loyal to Expo markers because most off-brand dry erase markers just don’t perform the same.
