The Zesty Ranch flavor has 7 g. of which 1 g is saturated. Sodium is 320 mg. and total carbs is 15. Sugars are 1 g and fiber and protein are both less than 1 g.

Are these gluten free?

Yes, the Garden Veggie straws are gluten-free and are tasty.

There are no nuts in the packages. But I’m not positive if they are made in a plant that does not process nuts

Musical Theater Snack Favorite
