You can use this to make great pot roast alone or you can smear this on any cut of beef and grill it to make steak.

I add this to soups, sauces and gravies. It is ten times better than those little cubes. I am a repeat buyer and I always have this on hand.

My. brother-in-law told me about this product so I bought it when I saw it on Amazon. He was right... this stuff is fantastic for adding to soups, collard greens, casseroles or making broth to drink. The four stars instead of 5 is because Amazon is much more pricey than I have seen elsewhere. I will buy again but probably not from Amazon given the price differential.

Better Than Bouillon is a concentrated paste that when mixed with water works in any recipe that calls for chicken broth. In addition, the re-hydrated broth that you end up with is more flavorful than the containers of liquid broth commonly found at the supermarket.The unused paste can be stored in the jar for a very a long time in the fridge, so is much less wasteful than using a partial liquid broth container that you toss after a week.
