My son and a group of friends all went as bananas for Halloween. They were a HIT. Everyone loved it. My son is a little over 5 foot/ smaller build and 11 years old. It fit him well but I would have waited another month I probably would have had to buy the adult.

Purchased: 2013Reviewed: 2022This costume has been through hell and back with me, as both a costume and as casual wear, and it still looks just as good as the day I bought it.My only recommendation is to flatten out the wrinkles from time to time and maybe wear a beanie so your hair doesn't poke out through the fabric like mine does.

Thin & basic yellow fabric sewn to look like a banana… which was exactly what we needed, so it was perfect! Nothing too complex.

The shipping is not okay. I selected 2 day shipping as Halloween is coming up, placed the order Friday afternoon and received it Wednesday afternoon. I was charged more then the costume is worth for 3-4 day shipping.The costume itself is fine, I'm 5'2 and 120 lbs and it fits great. The instructions say to stuff the top and bottom, i thought people just did it to improve the costume but that is the way its designed.
