The cookies and cream flavor is okay - not amazing, but tolerable enough to drink regularly without getting tired of it. My main issue is the price. It's a little pricey for what you get compared to other whey protein brands with similar quality and macros. The 25 servings go by quickly if you're using it daily, so the cost adds up. That said, the protein quality seems good with the blend of concentrate, isolate, and peptides, and it's gluten-free which is important for some people. Great if you can catch it on sale - at that point it becomes much better value. But at full price, there are more affordable options that perform just as well.

I've used three different protein powder since I've started lifting, this, isopure, and pure protein. Grabbed this since it was on sale. By far the best. It dissolves fully, and it only takes like 10-20 seconds of stirring, which is what impresses me most. The fact it tastes amazing is a definitely a bonus. The others tasted meh and took absolutely forever to stir and never fully dissolved. This is where it's at.

Top tier protein, low carb/keto friendly... and being vanilla it makes a great base flavor for shakes, ice cream, etc. (although the vanilla tastes just fine by itself) Mixes good with just a shaker cup, and makes a great milk shake if you add a little cream/milk in with the water. Dymatize seems like a quality brand.

Pretty good. I got the chocolate flavored one and it tastes amazing, pretty much like chocolate milk. You know a protein is good when I look forward to getting home and drinking it.
