Good supplement, it does have a sweetness to it but good in coffee!

This fiber works great. I put it in my coffee and you cannot even tell it's in there. No clumping or after taste. This is the best tasting and working fiber I have ever tried. It's a keeper!

I would give this 5 stars but it is something you should add to something else to drink it. The taste is not that good. It's kind of like eating a very odd old cracker that you probably wouldn't take another bite of. The good thing about this product is it is one of the best I could find on the market when it comes to the fiber value and low calorie. I do recommend it for that but understand you'll need to add it to something else to overpower the taste.

The taste isn’t the greatest. It is better with some kind of flavors. I used flavor packets and it helps me finish my drink better. It works very well. I’m disappointed there is no scoop. I don’t even know if I’m using the right measurement. It would be a good idea if they add the measurements on the container too.

Since using this in my morning beverages, my nails have grown and are strong! Haven't been for years! My brother finds the fiber in it helpful. We are using it to help feed good probiotics in the gut. My nails were noticeable longer and stronger within two weeks! Hoping to heal leaky gut. Using this along with Colostrum LP and Glutagenics. Will update as food allergies continue to improve. Since using these three products I no longer have hives or anxiety attacks. Took a few weeks for this to happen. Suggest you look up information about glutamine before using Glutagenics. I don't have a problem with this, so far. To be clear, I'm not saying any of this is a cure just a happy side effect for my use!

This product is great but does have a slight odd flavor. I like to mix it with protein powder or something else that can cover up the odd taste.

This dissolves beautifully in water but doesn't do much for the digestion. where its orange competitor keeps things moving smoothly, this cherry fiber powder just creates sticky glue-like "output" that creates a personal hygeine nightmare and upping the dose won't help, it just causes severe cramping. i returned to the orange competitor and thankfully i am back to normal. do not recommend this product!

I'm finishing my third can, and I'm debating whether to order more. The first can was perfect--could mix it in anything, even ice cream or cocoa, and it kept me regular without giving me gas. So I ordered two more cans. The second can had a strong tart odor and taste. It still worked, but I couldn't mix it in anything except raspberry or cranberry tea to go with the taste. The third can also has the strong tart odor and taste, but it also glue-like, forming gooey clumps as soon as it's added to liquid, and the clumps don't dissolve unless the liquid is hot. I tried adding about 1/8 of a tablespoon to some cold juice, thinking I'd slowly mix in the whole tablespoon, but even the small amount I'd added never did dissolve. I may order again because it works and it's gluten free, but it's a little alarming that each can has been so different.
