I was less tired, slept better thou, The energy picked up slightly (ok), less body ache, and did feel quite relax, and it did improved bodily function (#2 if you know what I mean)not a much as others reviewed. I was normal without a problem (I was quite happy about that); keep drinking your water thou. Nevertheless after 2-3 weeks of drinking this, I went for my docs appt., they draw blood (I'm feeling great & looked great) but I get a strange call from my endocrinologist 3 days later saying I was really low on my T3 T4 hormones and decided to increased my dosage 🤔.
