Where have you been all my coeliac life?
Photos of pizza uncooked and cooked and one for the wrongun who wanted ham n pineapple! This flour makes exceptionally good pizza. So good that my wheat eating family adore pizza made with Caputo gluten free flour which means only one set of pizza making equipment is used for everyone.I had gluten free pizza in Italy donkeys years ago and it was so good I had to ask three times if it was definitely gluten free. It was and apparently the secret was ‘deglutenised wheat flour’I came back to Blighty and searched like BillyO for some but had no joy.Now I’ve tried this flour for pizza I’m thinking this was it!!For a good simple recipe the Ooni gluten free pizza recipe is a real winner. It works exceptionally well in my Ninja pizza oven too!If I can ever stop making pizza I’ll be trying this out for a horseradish cobbler and some baking too.If it’s possible to amend this review I’ll report back.My only complaint is it’s crazy expensive for a bag of flour, which puts it more into the ‘treat’ category than the everyday use category. Heyho.

This is the best gluten free flour I have ever used. So easy to make a pizza .bit expensive but well worth it . Will only buy this product now.

The best
Brilliant for bread making. Fantastic recipe from "my gluten free guide" if you Google it. Never fails. Minimal ingredients to make the tastiest gluten free loaf. Not suitable for wheat intolerance but fab for Gf baking. I made wraps and Naan with this flour too and they've been fab.

Excellent gluten free flour
The best flour I have used for making gluten free bread The texture is like ordinary bread the taste is similar to sourdough it’s easy to use and mix the only downside is the price but it’s worth it

The most perfect GF loaf yet!
I found a recipe for using this flour after a year of bread-based compromise. And I'm so glad I did - at £8 a bag (makes 2 x 500g loaves) it's a very expensive home bake, but goodness me, it's worth it! You only need 6 ingredients (for a coeliac-friendly loaf, 6 is AMAZING! - no egg white, no vinegar, no xanthan gum!) And it looks, smells and tastes like a glutinous, wheaty bread! I'll be buying in bulk now I've found this flour!

Caputo gluten free pizza flour.
This is the best flour I have used to be able to make what I feel is like the real pizza I can remember having before being diagnosed as Coeliac many years ago. Brilliant.

Worth Every Penny
My partner first purchased this to make gluten free bread for me. I'm so grateful to her because it's by far and away the best gluten free bread I've ever had.More recently we have been using it to make pancakes in the morning and again these are fantastic. For sure it's not cheap, but when I weigh it up against other sawdust (gluten free flour) we've had along with the very disappointing commercially made gluten free bread, it's honestly worth every penny.
