So many body butters feel too heavy for summer, they never soak in and I end up feeling slimy, gross, and still dry. This isn't like that, it soaks in well and keeps my skin moisturized for nearly 24 hours. The scent isn't overpowering and doesn't smell fake.

I have a lot to say here about this lotion. I bought this to treat my kp, as directed by my doctor, and so far it worked a bit with about a month of everyday use and washing. I think it'll take a little more time to work completely. People complain alot about exfoliating lotions pilling. First of all, the pilling is your dead skin rolling off. It's essentially the lotion working! It isn't a bad thing, it is just shedding your dead skin to reveal smooth skin underneath. Second, some people are applying too much. This isn't a regular lotion. Apply a bit less than you would a regular lotion. Sturdy bottle, no greasiness, and doesn't really contain natural ingredients. The scent is kinda gross, but that's cause it is fragrance free to avoid irritation. So far, it's working for me. Make sure you apply all types of exfoliating lotion on clean, freshly washed or shaven skin! Hope this is helpful! Update: I have used over 4 bottles of this. Still the same problem. I've used it consistently for months and it has not helped very much. Don't recommend for strawberry skin or kp.

This lotion is nice on your dry skin, it comes out thick, absorbs well, and has a heavenly scent. I ordered the lemon sage blend, and it makes me feel happy! I send it with water in a funnel to put into a soap pump for my daughters room. But the other half of my tube I keep in my purse. It isn't so strongly scented that it offends others if you are applying in a closed space like a vehicle. I will be ordering this fragrance again and trying the other choices. I tend to have dry skin since I use liquid dish soap every day in my kitchen sink. This lotion applied to my skin every day has helped eliminate the cracking on my knuckles.

I have been using this for a few days to help with some postpartum KP on my arms and legs. While my skin feels smooth and hydrated right after I put it on, I haven’t noticed a decrease in the bumps yet. I will give it a little longer to work.It says fragrance free which I guess technically it is but the scent is pretty nasty. Trying to put up with it long enough to see results.

I like this product. It significantly reduces dry skin even in one use. But I don't love it. It is too lightweight and doesn't sink in. But being called a body butter I expected much richer consistency. Unlike the Eucerin body lotions it doesn't sink in and next time you shower where you applied this lotion it feels slippery. Which to me means you're washing it off. I won't repurchase it but I also won't return it because it works well on dry post shaved legs and it's summer here so I need a lighter weight lotion.
