Nice "Utility" Trumpet
I love this for working on trumpet parts for community band at home, and it holds up well in the trunk of my car as my "spare" in case I forgot mine for practice after work. Low C feels like the partial isn't quite there, and you can't kick out or trigger for notes that are naturally sharp, but it serves the purpose. I love how light it is. It's gonna work well for playing on my college alumni band float in homecoming parades. :)

Darn thing works!!
The third valve was sticky, but checked the website for assistance and followed the video guides. Now works just fine. This trumpet probably won't last long, as it seems rather flimsy. But it is easy to play, the sound is like a trumpet, and it is great for marching and playing in the rain.

Valve action not great but still fun to play.
Biggest problem with the plastic trumpet is the valve action. I almost returned it because of that, but the Amazon rep told me to contact the Manufacturer. That was no help. I then tried putting value oil on a Q-tip and putting oil in the valve block valve alignment slot. (Not the valves themselves) This has made a big improvement. It does not play like a brass trumpet, but it is lightweight and fun to play. It still does not play as well as the internet videos portray it, but not bad for the price. I tried a new $200 brass horn that didn't play much better.

Outstanding trumpet for marching band or beginner.
I bought this puppet for my nephew as a first horn to get him used to it and I loved it so much I'm buying myself another one. It's just as good as the jigsaw p-bone. Very easy blowing, sounds great. I recommend that you use a metal mouthpiece with it and you'll get a much better sound. I also recommend that you get a hard case for it because this thing will crack easily.

Doesn't Work - Valves Stuck On Arrival - Please Advise
The media could not be loaded. When I took the trumpet out of its box and tried it, the buttons on valves two and three are both sticky. They get stuck almost every time I press them, and can be difficult to unstick. The reviews I saw of this instrument said that it should be playable straight out of the box. This has not been the case for me. How do I fix this? Or do I need to ask for a replacement?

Good instrument for riffs
It’s a pretty good Trumpet, it plays well. You might have to be aware of stuck valves, but the pInstrument Site has a solution to this. It’s also slight quieter than a brass trumpet so don’t expect to have the full power. I also use my brass mouthpiece. I also use this as an instrument I can due quick riffs.

So nice
Good sound quality for a plastic instrument. I've been playing for 30 years. I went into another room and my wife could not tell the difference in tone when I played this trumpet and a traditional trumpet. You get two mouth pieces with different cup sizes. I highly recommend this practice tool.

Sound is Amazing! ...Valves are Horrible!!!
I was incredibly excited for this trumpet, as I had seen videos posted online about how great it sounds. And it does sound amazing, the sound is pretty equal to that of a starter brass trumpet for sure. Unfortunately the valves literally do not work. Right out of the box the first valve was very sticky, and the third was less so, but still a nuisance. As time went on I figured they might break in so that I could use it easily. That was not the case, as they now stick so badly that I can't play even the simplest of pieces. I tried using a small amount of blue juice (as seen on their youtube channel) and I think it made it even worse.I have heard that people can contact the manufacturer and they provide stronger springs, but that is not acceptable. If they know that this is an issue and continue to sell people trumpets with weak springs. They deserve a one star review. I do not recommend this instrument to anyone. Even if this is a fluke, their quality control is clearly very poor to not notice how bad these valves stick.

Valves don't slide freely
Works alright, but the valves don't slide as freely as a normal trumpet.
