Works very well

I had purchased the 2 cup version during the summer and I love it.I had bought a different turner in the hopes that it would be great, it was not so I searched for a 4 cup turner and decided on this one because I love the 2 cup version so much. Having set up one before it was easy to do so with this one. I love that you can have both sides spin the same direction or opposite directions. The slower side I like to use for applying glitter. I was trying to load a video but its lagging.

This is a great Machine for drying your cups, I find it a pain to use as the primary machine to work on cups as I tend to bump and touch the cup next to the one I’m working on, it is perfect for drying your just finished cups so you can dry four at a time

Well I mean it works!!!! It isn't as quite when you have more than one 20oz tumbler turning so that is disturbing it sounds like it's going to quit at any moment however as I stated it works 🙌 I needed a turner I don't feel it was worth what I paid but it is what it is. If your able to get the supplies i'd truly just make one yourself because it definitely won't turn 4 the disturbing noise stays the entire time you have 2 on it wether they are on the same or opposite side the noise is disturbing I don't think this product will last which suckssss because the purchase was made out of desperation to make these to help pay bills while not being able to work due to covid-19 I truly wish I'd have waited and made my own for so much cheaper. But I didn't and now im stuck with a 4 Turner that will only turn 2 it seems if I did put 4 on it wouldn't hold them much less continue to turn them IT DOES STICK SOMETIMES and it's not clear why but after being on for a short time it starts to stick sort of and doesn't turn as fast adding in the noise and yeah keep scrolling I'm sorry I wanted and needed to love this badly

I now have 3 of these turners. I have not had any negative issues with it. I like that it’s quiet, and does not heat up even after running it for 12 hours straight. The arms are a little too thin for my liking, so I use 3/4” pvc in my cups and these pieces slide perfectly onto the provided arms. I prefer this because I don’t have to attach and reattach the arms when swapping cups. Great turner for the price. It has handled everything from sippy cups to my 40oz cups and water bottles.

I have a single turner by this company that I love, so I tried a 4 cup turner. Save your money. My cups fall off constantly. I can not turn them on and walk away. I have to be in the room and check them every ten minute to be sure they don't fall off.

I feel like all the negative reviews were made by people who aren't used to using turners. Most of them sound like user error because I own THREE of these turners PLUS one of their single ones and they are all FANTASTIC. Even better than the product though is customer service. Dealing with this company is the MOST pleasurable experience I've ever had ANYWHERE. Not just on Amazon. Hands down they win. They're incredible. I honestly came here to say even if you don't use any of their products, buy one just so that you have the pleasure of dealing with this company as well. Lol seriously though, the best of the best all the way around!
