what are the dimension of the product (lenght )

It is approx 17 1/2" from top to bottom. If you are hanging your heavy bag from a standard heavy bag stand this chain will probably hang the heavy bag too low depending on if your heavy bag has the straps on top to hang it. That is what I experienced. If you are hanging from ceiling or another way depends on the height of what your hanging it on. Overall, this chain is 17 1/2" long from top to bottom. Hope that helps.

Does it Come with the swivel? Or only the chain?

It comes with it all. I hung it in my basement and put a 2×4 across the rafters and then hung it on that. I have an old school 100 lb bag and it holds it just fine. The chains didn't feel like it would hold but they sure have. Definitely beats spending $100 + on a stand

How long are the mounting screws?

There were no mounting screws sent. What you see in the picture is what you get; one clasp, one swivel, one S hook and 4 chains.
