I've taken this product daily for about 4 months and have no doubt that it's improved both my long-term and short-term memory, and also my ability to think more clearly and be more decisive. It is expensive, but the reduction in "brain fog" I've experienced is well worth the expense. I don't award a five-star rating to a product simply because it does as advertised.
