DEVA Vegan Iron-Free Multivitamin & Mineral Supplement, Vitamin C, D2, E & B-Complex, Biotin, 90 Tiny Tablets

I’ve been using the DEVA Vegan Iron-Free Multivitamin & Mineral Supplement and it’s quickly become my go-to. The tablets are genuinely tiny, which makes them incredibly easy to swallow — a big plus for anyone who struggles with larger vitamins. I specifically chose this formula because it’s vegan and iron-free. I’ve had issues with iron in the past causing stomach discomfort, so finding a comprehensive vitamin without it was important to me. These didn’t cause any side effects at all — no nausea, no weird aftertaste, and no upset stomach, even when taken on an empty stomach. I started taking these in preparation for a long fast, knowing I’d need a solid nutritional foundation. They helped me feel more confident going into the fast, knowing I wasn’t going in depleted. I love that they include the full B-complex, vitamin D2, vitamin C, and biotin — basically everything I wanted without the ingredients I didn’t. For a clean, simple, and reliable multivitamin that’s easy on the body, this is a great choice, especially for anyone plant-based or sensitive to iron.

This multivitamin contains most of the regular cast of vitamins one would expect in a multivitamin, but also contains nutrients that may not be found in enough abundance when eating a vegan diet. The tablets are small and very easy to swallow and meet lots of nutritional goals. I use an app phone/web to track "micros" as well as "macros" and this multivitamin fits the needs. I chose to use the Iron-Free version in order to better time my iron intake: once one takes an iron supplement, there are beverages and foods that will interfere with the iron absorption. So -- in short, if I'm taking this with breakfast and I want to drink coffee or tea, the iron wouldn't likely be absorbed. There is a two-hour clearance time before tannic acid can be ingested, as well as things like spinach (all leafy greens, really) tofu, eggs, and more -- why take iron if you don't observe this window? So, I use a separate supplement. This information is readily available if one does the research, which I highly recommend doing when considering adding a vitamin or supplement to one's diet. I DO recommend this product as effective, fairly priced, and easy to take.

I love the size of these tiny vitamins. They are easy to swallow and do not upset my stomach. As getting iron in my diet has not been an issue I appreciate you can get these with no iron.

I don't like the way it tastes at all but it's tiny and easy to swallow quickly and chase it down with oj or something like that. I like that it has a safe amount of everything. It's nearly impossibly to find multivitamins that don't have like a zillion percent of the daily dose of everything. And of course I like that it's vegan. I won't take any other kind. Most surprisingly I don't get nauseated or a headache after I take these either. I might feel a tiny bit queasy right when I'm swallowing because of the earthy chalky (? hard to describe) taste but that's it. If you use a med container do be aware that it can sort of permeate and cause the other pills with it to taste similar. But overall this is the best and also happens to be insanely cheap

I have allergies to many foods and have not been able to take Multivitamins for several years. This brand does really work, does not have additives. Would recommend to anyone who does get nausea from Vitamins. The price is so excellent

They are easy in the stomach, small, and don’t contain iron - which is a plus for me !

The pills were delivered on time, and well packaged. The pills are small, so it is easy to swallow. It does not have an after taste. I feel good taking it.
