This is a really nice, heavy blanket. I wanted something to replace my down comforter that would have a similar weight to it, and this works great. I recently discovered I'm quite allergic to dust mites so I needed to switch to something that I could wash regularly. I put this through a warm wash and tumble dry immediately after it arrived, and it handled it with no problems. To give you an idea of how big this thing is, even though it is just a blanket it barely fit in my full size front load washer.I was also interested in a heavy blanket because I have a sensory processing disorder and I sleep better with heavy covers. I've never seen a weighted blanket in person but I doubt this compares to that, but for the price I'm quite happy with this blanket. It is heavy enough for me!I will note that I got a king size blanket for my queen size bed after looking at the measurements, and I'm glad I did. A queen size blanket should be around 90"x90", and the queen version of this blanket is 79"x95" and the king is 82"x94". I don't think the king size would actually work on the king bed, and if you like the sides to hang over at all you should get the king size for your queen bed.Update 1/10/19 - this has held up really well. I machine wash it on warm and tumble dry it once every few months with no problems. Still looks great.

Nice heavy weight blanket, used it to cover a futon to give it some extra cushion for comfort to sleep or sit on.

I tried to buy this once before, but it was a different seller and as I got the "item shipped" email, I also received an refund because there were issues with the shipment and unfortunately that seller was out of stock to try and ship me another one in place.What felt like a few weeks and another paycheck later, I decided to try again and this time it was with a different seller. I anxiously waited for the notifications that item was shipped, etc... and it finally happened. I received the package!! I could not wait to get home to open it and put it on the bed. I had a bit of slight struggle getting it out on my own, but I managed it. It is so soft and slightly heavy, but definitely worth it! It also fits the top of my bed almost perfectly so I know it was a great purchase!

Fantastic! Just as a remember from my time living in Songtan South Korea. Soft as a real fur blanket. Now I don't need to wear sweats to bed. This blanket is warm enough to wear only a loincloth to bed. Which is what I was looking for. Blanket weighs a few pounds afterall it is a king. The sleep I now am getting is an added bonus since I battle insomnia. Now I understand all the hype about weighted blankets. My roommate now wants one. One of the best purchases I have made in quite a while.

Bought this blanket with the dragon, for my girlfriend who loves to blanket up on the couch and watch kung fu movies. This blanket is thick, heavy and plush. The weight is great. One sheet and this blanket and that’s all you need. It also feels great directly on the skin.Am going to buy another one.

Was expecting the same blanket that was previously ordered. Thickness difference (less) and weight difference (less) than the previous blanket ordered which was heavier and thicker.

We have a true Korean blanket which my husband brought back from Korea years ago and this one is just as nice! It is heavy, soft and beautiful! Love it!
