Huge bottle split with my son 500 ml a little much information says not to exceed 350ml daily so because of my CK3a diagnosis I bought a pill cutter and these being 500 ml and me being diagnosed with a slow liver meaning I can’t process properly the 250 ml cut in half is perfect and it helps my Charlie horses and better sleep 😴 good product and reasonable price 💰

Started taking magnesium when I went on GLP1 to help with constipation. I take one at dinner if I'm staying in or about an hour or so before bed. They've really helped with digestion and I can feel a difference when I forget to take them for a day or two. I love Nature's Bounty so these pills were a great addition to my daily regimen. I highly recommend them! BUT be sure to check with your physician first to be sure Magnesium pills are right for you! They're a little larger of a pill but I have no issues with swallowing them. I have not noticed any type of taste or smell. I do not get an upset stomach when taking them either.

very good but they are strong. Luckily I have a pill cutting device. So I only take half. Seems to work better for me.

These are the best and don't cost a fortune! They have a slight taste but iron is going to have a taste. If it bothers you, take it with something besides water. ☺️

After buying this I realized that this is magnesium oxide which is NOT the type of magnesium you’d buy for relaxing muscles and enhancing sleep quality. it’s poorly absorbed compared to magnesium glycinate or citrate. Additionally, I’m not able to return the item because it’s not returnable!

This is Magnesium Oxide. It does not really focus on Bone and Muscle health, as advertised. It can cause heartburn, indigestion, severe constipation. It also not returnable. This is an absolute case of misrepresentation. Shame on Amazon for permitting this . Magnesium Glycinate is the one for bone and muscle health.
