This is bad! Begain these capsules on August 24th. Pressure was 228/188 that morning. By September 14th my miracle started BP was down to 126/86. As of today my BP is 122/70. This is very dramatic not at all normal for it to drop this fast or this much. But to say the least I will continue to take these to keep my BP under control. I am one of the lucky ones I don't need to start a regular med wirh side effects. The only unfortunate part of our testing is that I had to leave an initial review within seven days of receiving the product. However, he will continue to take the supplement for the full ninety day supply, and I will update. There are still good things, so read on.We started by taking my husband's blood pressure at the same time every evening, in the same standing position, every night. His initial blood pressure was 133 over 81. Now please realize that his blood pressure used to be much worse, but with much exercise and a better diet, along with no more coffee, he has been able to bring those numbers down to what they are now over the past couple years without medication. We decided to try the supplement to see if it would help him out some more. Tonight is night seven, and his blood pressure is 129 over 79.
