I love this thing! It's very well made with quality materials, feels heavy in my hand its very satisfying. I love all the different color options. When I took the batterie out to recharge it, something broke off and fell out. I asked for a replacement and it was delivered the next day! I'm very happy with the exchange and this is worth the price when compared to cheaper versions on here.

I saw one of these when I was at a show and didn't even know what to call it! I love flow arts but my poi and hooping skills aren't great. This is sort of idiot-proof both from a simplicity-of-use perspective--you can be as simple or complex with it as you want as you dance--and the fibers are super soft so there is less concern about hitting yourself or others with it. (I've been bonked in the head by poi both by myself and other ravers.) The colors are beautiful and there are 34 to choose from so there's something for everyone and for every color-scheme or outfit. You can also go crazy with strobing or keep it mellow. It takes 3 regular AAA batteries, so no special battery or charger required, though you can use rechargeable AAAs if you want to. The power unit housing the batteries is really solid, looks and feels like a high-quality flashlight. My only concern in that regard is whether security at shows will hassle me about it being something heavy and stick-like, so it might be nice to have a plastic housing if security keeps tightening at venues. So far, love it and highly recommend.

Love it but the battery is kind of loose. So it bounces around in the shell and sometimes shuts off when the battery becomes dislodged. Besides that it has an awesome design and I love love the color patterns.

Broke within the first month. I emailed GLOFX and they could teach a masterclass in poor customer service. All I asked for was a battery, and they required weeks and weeks of emails back and forth where they acted like I couldn’t figure out to use the battery, and when I sent them videos of it not working they asked for MORE videos. I sent those and then they said they needed me to send back the battery before they would ship a new one. ALL FOR A BATTERY.I bought a Fiber Flies whip that actually works and is wonderful. GLOFX is garbage.Update, they said they were going to send me a new battery, and then didn’t. A week later i followed up and they said they were waiting on me to confirm i wanted the battery…. which i had said i wanted only a thousand times prior. It’s been over a month of back and forth, and now they won’t even let me return the damn broken thing. This is such a rip off. Horrible company.

Sadly, I've been unable to whip this out at a live event, but I'm beyond excited. I've been practicing for 6 months now - about 10x 1-3 hour sessions per month. The handle is extremely light compared to two other non-recognized brands I've found on Amazon. I've replaced the fiber head once, mostly because it doesn't look as pretty since it's thinned out from normal wear and tear. I am quite rough with my whip. I've only had to charge my battery once since October (100+ hours use), which I am PLEASANTLY surprised about because I've heard YT flowers mention only 2-3 hours worth of flow per charge. I def won't need a backup battery at an event. A note is that the programming video shown on YT is hard to follow, but I did eventually figure it out. It's possible the video could be geared towards their older model.Tip. As a beginner, I would invest in their foam grip or wrap your handle with a pool noodle. Bruising may occur. :-)My only qualm is a whip head replacement is relatively expensive as it's not far off from the entire body + fiber price. (About $20 difference). This makes for a very expensive hobby if I'm to replace them every half year-ish...

El botón interno que tiene el mando del encendido-apagado y de cambio de luces; se salió de su lugar la segunda vez que utilicé el producto. Prácticamente se vuelve inservible sin este botón funcionando.Pensé en devolver el producto, pero encontré otras reseñas en donde les pasó exactamente lo mismo a otros clientes; y vi comentarios de que GloFX no se hace responsable. Prácticamente te podrías quedar sin producto y sin la devolución de tu dinero. Así que decidí repararlo (Algo ridículo que no tendría porque hacer con un producto NUEVO y de ese precio).Hice una pieza con acrílico de uñas, que me ayudara a mantener la pieza en su lugar, y se logró el objetivo; aunque es desesperante que cada vez que saco la batería para cargarla y la vuelvo a poner, tengo que estar acomodando el botón en su lugar y ajustar la pieza que hice para que el botón no se mueva.Repito, es algo con lo que no debería de batallar con un producto NUEVO.De verdad me deja insatisfecha comprar algo y que no sirva. Y lo peor es ver comentarios de que el fabricante NO se hace responsable de la pésima calidad de los materiales que utiliza en sus productos.Aunque supuestamente tiene garantía, en los otros comentarios no parece que sea así. Aclaro que no lo corroboré, puesto que ya no quise perder mi tiempo en intentar una devolución y que al final no me cambiarán el producto. Me lo quedé, y lo arreglé yo.

Received my Space Whip Remix a few days ago and it's amazing! The quality feels really good, the handle is sturdy but lightweight. There's a rotating part inside where the fibres connect so when you're whipping, you dont have to worry about them getting twisted. I've learned about 5 moves so far from watching tutorials and although I have experience with poi, I'd say you could pick this up even as a beginner. Turn the lights out and become an entire rave! Just press the button and you're away!

This is so fun to use and dance with. Looks great at night. The light programs are so cool as well and really easy to figure out.

Love it! After reading reviews, there are kinda mixed.But I bought it anyway.I’ve had great fun with it, and it’s still working after 3 months
