The best soy sauce I’ve ever had
This soy sauce ruins other soy sauces for you, it sure did for me. Its elevated price reflects its superior quality, and man is it tasty! Making fried rice w just this, pepper, and a dash of chicken bullion is amazing!

Tastes Heavenly
Wonderfully tasty shoyu! It’s a tad pricey so I don’t use it as my everyday marinade etc but for dipping, special sauces and even salad dressing this is perfect.

Caution. Super intense. I'm real lol.
I took a star away because of the price. I'm pretty sure I already reviewed this so I don't understand why it's saying I didn't. This is super intense soy sauce. Do not use it like regular soy sauce because you will screw up anything you're eating. It's just the $22 price tag or whatever it cost now that is a bit much, but then again one drop equals 10, so in actuality you're saving money. You will see what I mean if you use it. It blows my mind some people saying it doesn't have any umami, because I think this literally fits the definition of what that means.

A delicious artisan shoyu, but not tamari.
The yamasan soy sauce is hand made and delicious. The problem is that I bought it looking for a gluten free tamari. The page in amazon did not have the ingredients. When I got it I saw that wheat was the second item on the ingredients list. It is a wonderful shoyu but certainly not tamari. You really should list the ingredients on the sales page.

Whao! The taste is so great. It is the real thing. You should try this instead of synthetic soya sauce ,90% of soya sauce on the market was made with chemical ingredients. This Japanese product are unbelievably good. It is a bit pricey but worth it. I strongly recommend it.

Very tasty soy sauce and the quailiry matches the price tag not leaving any regret for buying by a bit more expensive soy sauce. I use it for dishes where the soy sauce is a main ingredient (salad toppings, dips) and use a cheaper brand for cooking where the soy sauce is in the background(ie steaming fish)

Perhaps I’m not attuned to the nuances of Soy, it’s tasty, certainly not as salty as the usual junk. Probably better for higher quality foods with more delicate flavours

Better than your average Kikkoman. The Umami is great.
