Is there a lid? (Some say there is metal one, others say no lid at all)

I think part of the issue is that this product has about 15 different "options", or "styles" which are all entirely different products/sizes. So some probably do not come with lids, where others do. My 6Qt Stockpot definitely DID come with a matching lid. It would appear based on the descriptions on each that most, if not all, of the skillets do not come with a lid. But I cannot confirm that. I would guess that only the ones listed "with cover" have a lid included.

what is the inside diameter

Because of this pan's sloped sides the top is 10", as advertised and the bottom is 8".

What is the difference between mcp22 and mcp33.

look at the website PlusCompare MCP 22 has a rounded skillet with smoother bottom rounded edge as to the MCP 33 is more L shaped bottom edge like a saucepan.

Is a lid included? Glass or metal?

Not Included as I remember. It is a great skillet. Ten inch glass lids are also available on Amazon, and not too expensive either.
