who do I contact for a replace or refund? It’s broke after one use

Ages ago when I got my last (second) one, had to return it a couple times cos it was a gift n there were gouges taken out in the machining both times, just used the Amazon returns system. Should be able to go to your order management page through the lil picture of a person at the top right, select it, then there should be a "return item" button If it's been too long to show in that list, you can also start a return by going to the "help" thingy in tiny text at the bottom of every page on the site, and doing it from there. it'll ask you throw select a previous item from a list after that Amazon has terrible QC so I've had to return loads of crap lol (this wasn't crap, but wasn't up to scratch IMO)

can I use it with the flaxseed?
